Reaktor

I worked 13 years at the IT consultancy company Reaktor where I helped enterprise companies to make better software, design and processes (Scrum & Kanban). I worked there as a Developer, then as a UX Designer and finally as a Design Director. I saw the growth from a startup of 23 people to an international company of +500 employees.
